We work at an agreed upon rate of $70–$120 USD hourly depending on your project needs and the complexity of the work requested. Then we send weekly time tracking reports, and a single monthly invoice at the end of each month. Simple and easy.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Category: Pricing
For larger projects we will draft and mutually sign a contract of intent as well as collect a percentage of the projects total cost upfront.

For smaller projects, or as a long-term client, you will not have to pay in advance for new Tasks or Project Requests.

We do this in order to begin working on your Task or Project Request as soon as possible. We can provide estimates on the cost for certain requests before we begin work.

How do you track your time on projects?

We use Harvest to track our time on all Tasks & Project Requests and we add a short description of the work completed for each line-item Task that we bill time for.

How will I be billed?

We use QuickBooks invoicing system to bill each of our clients. We send out 1 invoice on the last day of each month which must be paid within 7 business days.

Attached to each monthly invoice is a full month’s time tracking statement as well as receipts for any expenses we may have incurred while completing your requested Tasks or Projects during the month.

Is there any money-back policy?

Unless an error was made on your monthly invoice statement, there are no refunds for the services that we provide during the course of the month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept ACH transfer, all major US credit cards, and all major US debit cards.

Why do you charge a service fee?

Category: Pricing
It takes our Accounts & Billing manager precious time to prepare each weekly timesheet, to prepare each monthly invoice, and to ensure that each client receives the highest quality customer service in regards to Billing each month. For this reason we charge a flat rate service fee at the end of each month.

Your pricing is outside of my budget. Can you lower the price for me?

Some other freelance developers or agencies can beat our pricing with less experienced talent, less quality focus and little to non-existent customer support. As is the case with most major buying decisions, you get what you pay for. At the end of the day, we ultimately believe that quality comes at a price and are happy to work with both clients and experts who value exactly that – quality over the cheapest price.
