Your dedicated project manager will help connect you with our billing department to complete your payment setup.
To allow for maximum flexibility while ensuring we’re consistently working towards your goals, you’ll only be asked to pay 30% of the estimated monthly cost to fund your account at the beginning of each month.
When your account reaches 12% of its remaining balance, we will notify you that it’s time to top up your account funds. You may add funds to your account at any point during the month in order to keep things running smoothly. If your account reaches 0% of its remaining balance we will notify you, and all work or project requests will be halted until your account funds have increased.
